When I set out to design Mozart Tea and Herbs website, I was under no illusion about my limited skills, the time constraints, or the out-of-pocket costs involved. I was also aware of the many AI tools available that could have easily helped me establish an online presence. Four years later, however, I realize that the most valuable lessons I learned were ones I had to chart for myself—lessons I could not have discovered any other way than by walking that path, step by step, on my own.
WordPress Courses
I signed up for the Beginner WordPress Designer course to familiar myself with block theme patterns, and template parts with posts, pages, settings, styles, plugins, and customize theme settings with colors, fonts, typography and media blocks layout.
AI
It definitely makes the design work so much easier – the homepage is completed in less than an hour. If I did not like what it’s presented, AI would create another one for me to chose. There were a limit to the number of tries I could ask, however. More importantly, the quality of results were directly the result of how phrase my inquiries – AI prompts.
In the early years, I trusted most of my design work to AI along with my own creation.
